We’ll research and book the perfectly sized venue for your EO forum retreat. We specialize in 8-20 bedroom vacation rentals and boutique hotels and lodges. We are also available for any onsite services before, during, and after the event.

Flight delays or any last minute changes to the agenda, rearrange rental car or dinner reservation times, Lodged Out will be on-call for your group during the week of your forum retreat for anything that may arise during your travels.

Whether your EO forum retreat is needing restaurant recommendations and reservations or all meals onsite, we’ll take care everything. All private chef / catering menus set to your dietary and quality preferences.

Experience Planning

Let us take care of arranging your itinerary and transportation to/from your venue to the airport. We’ll plan the right package of indoor and outdoor activities, wellness (massage, meditation, yoga), and prepare leadership or wellness facilitators if needed.

Starter

Groups of 10 or less

The Lodged Out starter package offers essential support for planning your EO Retreat. It includes researching, booking, and coordinating vacation rentals, boutique hotels, and lodges. All restaurant reservations and catered meals are managed, along with the reservation and coordination of rental vans.

    • Lodging: Vacation rental research, booking, and coordination (4 suggestions / round, 2 rounds if needed)

    • Meals: All restaurant reservations and catered meal research and coordination

    • Transportation: Rental van reservation and coordination

    • Food and Bev Stipend (11 meals total): $5-7k

    • Vacation Rental: 10-12k

    • Rental Van: $1-1.2k

Prices vary depending on size of group and number of nights.

This planning package offers full comprehensive support for your EO retreat. It includes everything from the Starter plan plus activity and leadership coaching / speaker support.

  • Most forum retreat activities cost around $100-350 pp, so the Lodged Out service fee will vary depending on the amount of activities requested.

  • This will be an additional $150 to have the groceries prepped for the group and there upon arrival.

  • We have 5 different leadership coaches in our network for you to choose from. Prices will vary depending on coach and time.

  • Lodged Out staff can be there before to set everything up and be on call at a nearby hotel during the retreat to help prep activities, running errands etc.

  • If you would like to save money by not working with a catering team, we have a meal plan prepared to share with you designed by our chef.

  • At this time, we’re only offering the services listed above plus any hotel bookings needed pre and post the offsite. But we can refer you to our travel agent for flight bookings.
